Desert Broom honey comes from the plant Baccharis sarothroides, deep in the Arizona desert. Typically, it's extremely difficult to isolate the nectar source, but every few years serendipity strikes and the perfect conditions are met, which allows the bees to cultivate this unique delicacy.
